• Weishaupt WKG 40/1-A gas burner, DN 80, version ZMH, art: 27740541 burns natural gas E/ LL, liquefied gas B/ P. After switching to another type of gas, the settings are re-entered.

• A standard mixing device is used in the design. In terms of nitrogen oxide emissions with flue gases, the burner complies with class 1 environmental friendliness according to EN 676.

• Power is regulated in progressive mode in the range of 300-2200 kW, with a smooth transition between pressure levels. There are no sharp pressure drops in the gas pipeline. Modulation mode is available when upgrading with an optional regulator, allowing for even more economical resource consumption due to flexible power adjustment taking into account heat demand.

• The modular design consists of a housing, a separate fan unit and a control unit. This design increases flexibility during installation in confined spaces. The housing is protected by a heat- and sound-insulating casing that minimizes temperature on the surface and absorbs operating noise. A separate fan is used to cool the control unit and flame sensor.

• The burner is adapted to operate with heated air (up to +250 °C). In high-temperature boilers, with hot flue gases, it is advisable to use their thermal energy to obtain additional efficiency (+8-9%). Heat recovery is carried out through a heat exchanger in the chimney.

• The material and type of protection of the burner are not designed for outdoor use. The burner is placed in closed, heated rooms without large accumulations of dust, corrosive fumes, high humidity, condensation. Operating temperatures: -15…+40 °C.

Digital control

The built-in W-FM automation unit manages all stages of combustion, supports device interaction, monitors the flame signal, leakage, gas and air supply taking into account system settings. Safely shuts off the burner in case of malfunctions.

The burner interface allows you to transmit the necessary information and control commands to higher-level automation systems. If desired, a connection can be established via modem for remote monitoring, control and diagnostics. Ports are provided for connecting the burner to a computer and CAN information bus.

For modern thermal equipment, maintaining accurate fuel and air dosing is important to achieve optimal combustion parameters. The electronic linked control system ensures an accurate gas/air ratio. Equipped with a more interference-resistant CAN information bus, through which signals are sent to servomotors when forming the air-gas mixture.

Optional devices are available for the W-FM 100/200 combustion manager: an oxygen regulation module, a fan motor speed frequency converter, a regulator for electronic modulation. The use of additional equipment allows you to reduce resource consumption, minimize wear of working units and increase work efficiency.

The input and control of combustion parameters is simplified due to a separate operator module with a built-in display, menu, its own memory block and Russian-language messages.
